Includes registering a name, EIN, filing as an LLC/sole proprietorship, opening a business bank account, setting up online payments, getting a Seller’s Permit/Sales and Use Tax Account, registering a web domain, starting social media accounts (Twitter/Insta/Facebook/Pinterest), securing hosting and hooking up a basic website such as Squarespace, Shopify or Wordpress , getting business insurance and setting up shop on Etsy/Ebay if applicable. Five one-hour appointments one week apart.

Start Your Business UK Four-Hour Package/ 74 pounds

Jaala walks you through the initial steps to setting up a business in the United Kingdom. Includes registering a name, registering as a sole trader, setting up online payments, registering a web domain, starting social media accounts (Twitter/Insta/Facebook/Pinterest), securing hosting and hooking up a basic website such as Squarespace, Shopify or Wordpress, and setting up shop on Etsy/Ebay/Artfire/Payhip if applicable. Social Media Strategy Intro

Hourly rate ; $30/22 pounds— Set up or maximize your social accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. Use free tools to create graphics, learn to schedule social posts ahead of time and learn best times to schedule your posts. Learn to create short videos/live/stories for posting online. Identify successful strategies used by leaders in your field.

Ready to Start Hiring?

Hourly rate; $30/22 pounds

 Ready to bring on an employee or more than one? Assess the costs and benefits. Learn about hiring the right people for you, deciding when to let them go, evaluating their performance, working with a payroll company, filing payroll taxes, starting a Simple IRA or QSEHRA health savings account for your employees and acquiring Workers Compensation insurance. We can talk about basic management strategies and employee communication, as well as creating an Employee Handbook and non-compete or non-disclosure forms if applicable. Learn the differences between an employee and independent contractor, and most of all, decide how many employees are right for you now.

Five-hour package: $125/90 pounds 

Build on your existing skills to take your business to the next level:  we’ll create a personalized strategy including skills like starting to use Quickbooks, reading a profit/loss statement, creating an email newsletter and email signup forms, deciding who to best use your resources to support your creativity, accepting online payments, invoicing/billing programs, creating return policies, customer service expectations, adding shipping programs, creating your own graphics, marketing strategies and more. Five one-hour appointments one to two weeks apart.
